I had a similar issue and ended up going through yuploans.com since they explained things clearly and didn’t make a big deal about just GPA. They focus more on the overall profile and financials. I uploaded my transcripts, and their rep told me exactly what documents were needed for the loan. Way less confusing than trying to figure it out on my own with random bank rules.
