Fellas,

I am planning for my H-1B stamping in Mexico or Central America or even Caribbean (because no dates available in India or Canada)

I have a clean record and my immigration is also in good shape (no ups or downs).

Given current crazy immigration policy changes and the sentiment, is it advisable to travel to any of these countries for my stamping? 

If so, what do you folks saw in recent times (literally last week or so) and how are things going in these countries or are there any other countries that you someone can recommend me here.
