For e.g. SanRamon/Dublin/Pleasanton considered mature markets in East Bay. Tracy and Mountain House considered remote areas (too far) which went up only coz the prices are cheaper there ... Anything beyond Frisco is remote .. Even Frisco is considered semi-remote. Areas with good school districts should hold the prices better Quote
