I cannot say anything about women coz I don't have uterus and understand their problems and depth to articulate whatever you are saying. You can understand whatever you want about my views towards religion and women or anything, all I want to say is you come with a prejudiced mind and you will not accept anything I say even if its remotely correct. so do whatever makes you happy.

Why would you expect me to agree with you on anything? Debating is about bringing up points that you think are right. I bring my views and you bring yours. My only urge is to break the chain  of conformism. Alane unnam alane undali anna thought process nunchi bayataki rataniki try cheyyandi ani. did I ever say you have to agree. and neither I said everything is perfect I was merely quoting on the points you made and neither in anyways I tried to belittle women's issues, you yourself  belittled the exact issue you want to remove it as taboo by bringing up the uterus argument in the discussion and I lost it there, you win the argument.

Hierarchial varna system reinforcement South lo thakkuva. None of the dominant castes in South Reddi, Kammas, Velama, Kapus, Vokkaliga (Gowda), Bunt (Shetty), and even in Orissa Kurmi belong to three varnas. Infact Rajus in Andhra that claim rishi gotras and thereby "Kshatriya status" have their origins ties to stock that are not Kshtriya but shudra. 

Tamil nadu barring some Mudaliars, Chettiars and Brahmins  all other castes  are OBC including dominant ones as Thevars and  Gounders. 

Now, if you see from a varna perspective there is little difference between these "dominant castes" from rest of Backward Castes. The biggest difference is in the Land holdings and their business capacity as a community which ascended them to power. 

You want a BC guy to ascend to power unless as a community they grow their financials and consolidate voting block, it simply cannot happen. If it were to happen, it will be by force like Yadavs of Bihar and UP to an extent and you know the result.  But then again Yadavs are not your typical BCs.

Don’t skirt around the issue. Either you agree or you don’t agree that Hinduism has to ditch some age old customs to progress. Ma parents ki chance dorikinapoudalla gaddi pedtunna. But they are not used to this non-conformist daughter raising questions. There will be resistance given how they have been conditioned for their whole lives. That mould is not easy to break. But it is also not unbreakable. So I am doing my part.

With the current level of anomalies in Land holdings, and prices of land caste will entrench into a permanent class system with transactional value added to it. It's already there but will only increase. Some individuals having alliance with individuals from. "castes" that are supposedly higher or lower than them with finances and power into mix will be there. But the structure itself won't be dismantled. 

The bottom levers of entrenchment of such hierarchy, commoners of the castes will also have some transactional relationships as such. 

For a complete tearup, the existing anomalies need to be corrected.
