First phase copy paste, second phase original inventions/engineering (for openly avialable R&D and non-classified tech). The ones you listed requires R&D and they are classified tech. They will eventually reach that too, their priorities are different. Their Zuchongzhi-3 quantum processor, DeepSeek lantivi choosthunte ..they are moving at fast phase to the next level. Quantum computers, AI, Nuclear fusion research, space related priority isthunnaru la undhi. They don't have significant issues with neighbouring countries to spend billions on figher engines etc. Okavela issues unna neighbouring countries are inferior to them.
