Who is preventing the majority of people in AP to vote for Congress or any other party for that matter? Some scholars believe that democracy survives only if a certain party loses in elections. They use the same logic to argue that China is a democracy. congress betrayed ap people…so no one ready to vote them… bjp …cheated andhra people too…yet through backdoor blackmailing it is holding the local parties in control and gaining benefits…so are you saying thats the purest form of democracy..? I am saying that people have too many choices. Every choice has pros and cons. Ultimately they will decide who is best for them. They have the choice to do that. That is democracy. If the choices are not enough for you, you can always be the alternative. That is also a choice. Quote

You are not living in China where there is only 1 party. If people are not united in their opinions, what can the Government do? They primary goal is to run the country, not to satisfy critiques Quote

Why would you say it is politicians fault though? Every citizen also exploits it equally. You work within your constraints. Give me one example of a perfect democracy. And how do you envision it running in a country like India with vast diversity. Quote
