Easy is to divide into 4 parts

1. Spy index

2. Dividend ETFs 

3.  Fixed income like CD or treasury bonds 

4. Reality income like O 

Adjust the size of each base on your age and risk etc

don't loadup in one go..  DCA technique use cheyu..  not sure if we hit the bottom recently. so, play safe by reducing your risk exposure.

 

seasoned options player aithey.. covered calls and leap options are safe bet. Sell credit spreads on SPX, collect premium

kastapadda..us ki 2013 lo occha..appatinundi saving some part of salary everymonth, invested in CD's and from past five years spouse  is also working, saving her salary in cash in full.

time to enter when market expires all bad news

from now for the next 6 months, if you want to stay healthy, stick to CD for 6 months, be ready with 30% to invest in October 25, every 3 months you will add more only if stock indices are rising

note the fact you should assume that you will not need that money for 3 yrs atleast.
