China builds infra and if the country fails to pay the debt it takes over the operation of the infra they have built . World bank purpose is to enslave developing nation via debt , they purposefully give loans for big and unsustainable infra projects ,they don't care if the money is actually being used in building something or being eaten up by middlemen ,interest will compound ,politicians will get richer and the debt burden falls on younger generations.
