Depends on what you want to do .

You can just use vscode and install plugins.although it's not an ide but with plugins you can make it like an IDE.

You dont need Heavy IDE's for that ,use jupyter notebook or collab.

VsCode is super slow when you do refactoring of the code. Company policies may restrict certain best extensions available.

Install anaconda navigator.. Spyder comes with it
You have to install Python separately (i guess)

Watch couple of Youtube videos on the order and how to add/import libraries.
