We assure India that if it makes the final decision to eliminate terrorist state of Pakistan, Baloch Liberation Army, along with the entire nation is ready to attack from western border. We will not only welcome this decision but will become its practical and military arm. I think this time , india had a better chance to finish the war by destroying pak army bases and airbases....and capture as many as PoW's then negotiate, give back PoK and baloch army ni official ga recognise chesi vallaki weapons isthe they will infllict more damage than our army ,chusthunam ga minimum weapons tho roju pak soldiers ni champutunaru

Did you ever see these paki mullahs attempting to put a bombbbbb in Indian masjid. Recently, they specifically asked religion of people and killed them. In my opinion, it’s pakis against Indian Hindus. They don’t intend to hurt any Indian Muslims. And Indian Muslims never rally against Pakistan by themselves. Thats how I interpret this.

దాయాది దేశాల మధ్య ఉద్రిక్తతలు తీవ్రస్థాయిలో కొనసాగుతున్న వేళ, ఎవరూ ఊహించని రీతిలో కాల్పుల విరమణ ఒప్పందం కుదిరిందంటే అమెరికా అధ్యక్షుడు డొనాల్డ్ ట్రంప్ ప్రకటించారు. సోషల్ మీడియాలో ట్రంప్ చేసిన పోస్టు అందరినీ ఆశ్చర్యానికి గురిచేసింది. అప్పటివరకు, ఈ వ్యవహారంలో అమెరికా పెద్దగా జోక్యం చేసుకున్నట్టు కనిపించకపోవడమే ఈ ఆశ్చర్యానికి కారణం. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో, అసలేం జరిగిందన్నది భారత అధికారులు వెల్లడించారు.

భారత్ ముమ్మరంగా దాడులు చేస్తున్న వేళ పాకిస్థాన్ నుంచి కాల్పుల విరమణ ప్రతిపాదన అందింది. శుక్రవారం ఉదయం 9 గంటల ప్రాంతంలో భారత డైరెక్టర్ జనరల్ ఆఫ్ మిలిటరీ ఆపరేషన్స్ (డీజీఎంఓ) లెఫ్టినెంట్ జనరల్ రాజీవ్ ఘాయ్‌కు పాకిస్థాన్ డీజీఎంఓ మేజర్ జనరల్ కాషిఫ్ అబ్దుల్లా హాట్‌లైన్‌లో ఫోన్ చేశారు. ఈ సంభాషణలో కాషిఫ్ అబ్దుల్లా కాల్పుల విరమణ అంశాన్ని ప్రస్తావించారు. అమెరికా విదేశాంగ మంత్రి మార్కో రూబియో, పాకిస్థాన్ ఆర్మీ చీఫ్ జనరల్ అసిమ్ మునీర్‌తో జరిపిన సంభాషణను కూడా ఆయన ప్రస్తావించారు. ఈ పరిణామం, కాల్పుల విరమణ ప్రతిపాదన పాక్ ఆర్మీ ఉన్నతాధికారుల నుండే వచ్చిందన్న దానికి స్పష్టమైన సూచన.

అయితే, లెఫ్టినెంట్ జనరల్ ఘాయ్ ఈ విషయాన్ని తన పైఅధికారులకు తెలియజేసినప్పటికీ, పాక్ డీజీఎంఓతో చర్చలు జరపాల్సిందిగా ఆయనకు ఎటువంటి ఆదేశాలు రాలేదు. ఉదయం 10:50 గంటలకు భారత విదేశాంగ కార్యదర్శి విక్రమ్ మిస్రీ నిర్వహించిన మీడియా సమావేశంలో కూడా పాకిస్థాన్ నుంచి వచ్చిన ఈ ప్రతిపాదన గురించి ఎటువంటి ప్రస్తావన చేయలేదు. ఆ సమావేశంలో, భారత వైమానిక దళం (ఐఏఎఫ్) పాకిస్థాన్ వైమానిక స్థావరాలపై చేసిన దాడులు, వాటి వల్ల కలిగిన నష్టాలను మాత్రమే ఆయన వెల్లడించారు.

ఆసక్తికరంగా, ఉదయం 11 గంటల ప్రాంతంలో అమెరికా విదేశాంగ మంత్రి మార్కో రూబియో భారత విదేశాంగ మంత్రి ఎస్. జైశంకర్‌కు ఫోన్ చేసిన సమయానికి ఐఏఎఫ్ దాడులను మరింత ఉద్ధృతం చేసింది. పాక్ వాయుసేనకు అత్యంత కీలకమైన నూర్ ఖాన్ ఎయిర్ బేస్ ను ధ్వంసం చేసింది. దాంతో పాక్ హడలిపోయింది. కీలక సైనిక, వైమానికి స్థావరాలను భారత్ లక్ష్యంగా చేసుకుని దాడులు చేస్తుండడంతో తీవ్ర ఆందోళనకు గురైంది. ఈ దశలోనే పాక్ నుంచి కాల్పుల విరమణ ప్రతిపాదన భారత్ కు అందింది.

ఇక అమెరికా విదేశాంగ మంత్రితో సంభాషణ అనంతరం జైశంకర్ ఎక్స్ (ట్విట్టర్) లో చేసిన పోస్టును బట్టి, "భారత్ వైఖరి ఎప్పుడూ ఆచితూచి, బాధ్యతాయుతంగానే ఉంటుంది, ఇప్పుడూ అదే విధంగా ఉంది" అని రూబియోకు స్పష్టం చేసినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. ఉద్రిక్తతలు తక్షణమే తగ్గించాలని రూబియో పట్టుబట్టినప్పటికీ, అప్పటి పరిస్థితులను బట్టి ఆ ప్రతిపాదనకు జైశంకర్ ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వలేదని అర్థమవుతోంది.

అదే సమయంలో... ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ అధ్యక్షతన జరిగిన ఉన్నతస్థాయి సమావేశంలో రక్షణ మంత్రి రాజ్‌నాథ్ సింగ్, జాతీయ భద్రతా సలహాదారు అజిత్ దోవల్, చీఫ్ ఆఫ్ డిఫెన్స్ స్టాఫ్ అనిల్ చౌహాన్, త్రివిధ దళాధిపతులు జనరల్ ఉపేంద్ర ద్వివేది, అడ్మిరల్ దినేష్ త్రిపాఠి, ఎయిర్ చీఫ్ మార్షల్ ఏపీ సింగ్, ఐబీ, రా చీఫ్‌లు తపన్ దేకా, రవి సిన్హా పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో పాల్గొన్న వారంతా, భారత్ ప్రస్తుతం పైచేయి సాధించిందని, ఈ ఆధిక్యతను మరింత పటిష్టం చేసుకోవాలనే ఏకాభిప్రాయానికి వచ్చారు. పాకిస్థానే స్వయంగా కాల్పుల విరమణకు ముందుకు రావడం కూడా భారత్ ఆధిక్యతను సూచిస్తోందని వారు విశ్లేషించుకున్నట్లు తెలిసింది. బలగాల అధిక మనోస్థైర్యం, తగినంత ఆయుధ సంపత్తి, ఆర్థికంగా మెరుగైన స్థితి, అంతర్జాతీయ సానుభూతి, హిందూ మహాసముద్రంలో భారత నౌకాదళం 'బ్లూ వాటర్' సామర్థ్యం వంటి అంశాలు భారత్‌కు అనుకూలంగా ఉన్నాయని సమావేశంలో అంచనా వేశారు.

ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితుల నడుమ, కేవలం కొన్ని గంటల వ్యవధిలోనే భారత్, పాకిస్థాన్ మధ్య కాల్పుల విరమణ ఒప్పందం కుదరడం అనేకమందిని ఆశ్చర్యానికి గురిచేసింది. 

దీనిపై అంతర్జాతీయంగా మరో వాదన ప్రచారంలో ఉంది. అమెరికా ఉపాధ్యక్షుడు జేడీ వాన్స్ శుక్రవారం నాడు ప్రధాని మోదీకి ఫోన్ చేసి, పాకిస్థాన్ ప్రమాదకరంగా ఉద్రిక్తతలను పెంచే ప్రణాళికలపై (బహుశా అణ్వాయుధాల ప్రయోగం కావచ్చు) అమెరికా నిఘా సమాచారాన్ని పంచుకున్నారని, దీనివల్లే భారత్ వెనక్కి తగ్గిందని రక్షణ వర్గాలను ఉటంకిస్తూ సీఎన్ఎన్ వార్తా సంస్థ పేర్కొంది.

అయితే, ఈ వివరణ కూడా పూర్తిస్థాయిలో సంతృప్తికరంగా లేదని కొందరు భావిస్తున్నారు. ఎందుకంటే, పాకిస్థాన్ తన అణ్వాయుధాలను ప్రయోగించడానికి వెనుకాడబోమని గతంలో అనేకసార్లు బహిరంగంగానే ప్రకటించింది. అంతేకాకుండా, వాన్స్ సలహా ఇచ్చిన 24 గంటల తర్వాత కూడా భారత్ దాడులతో ఒత్తిడి పెంచుతూనే వచ్చింది. అయినప్పటికీ పాక్ ఆత్మరక్షణ ధోరణిలోనే ఉండిపోయింది తప్పితే, తెగించి దాడులు చేయలేకపోయింది. దానికితోడు, శనివారం నాడు పాకిస్థాన్ తన అణ్వాయుధాలను పర్యవేక్షించే నేషనల్ కమాండ్ అథారిటీ సమావేశాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేసి, ఆ తర్వాత రద్దు చేసుకోవడాన్ని భారత్ పరోక్షంగా ఎగతాళి చేసినట్లు కూడా వార్తలు వచ్చాయి.

గమనించాల్సిన విషయం ఏమిటంటే... ఈ కాల్పుల విరమణ ఒప్పందంపై ప్రధాని మోదీ, హోంమంత్రి అమిత్ షా, రక్షణ మంత్రి రాజ్‌నాథ్ సింగ్ నుంచి ఇప్పటివరకు ఎలాంటి అధికారిక స్పందన రాలేదు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో, రేపు (మే 12) భారత్-పాక్ మధ్య హాట్ లైన్ లో డీజీఎంఓల స్థాయిలో జరగనున్న చర్చల అనంతరం భారత ప్రభుత్వ పెద్దల నుంచి ప్రకటన వెలువడే అవకాశం ఉంది.
