Best card is Amex Platinum $650 annual fee but benefits are too many esply if you travel often…take time to read about the benefits

this is a decent card if u travel a lot.. it has some benefits like it covers rental car insurance, trip cancelation coverage etc.. 

deeni kante chase sapphire reserve better if u can afford it.. lots of addl benefits untai like airport lounge access etc

this is also a good card; you get 75000 points equates to ~300$; additional cards are free upto 5 cards; 
you get priority pass free-- free lounges for all the card holders; you can take 2 extra guests too that makes 15 members to lounge (for all 5 cards) 
every year you get 300$ free travel credit; 120$ for every 4yrs towards Global entry or TSA similar .

That's wrong assumption totaly chase sapphire is far better than chase freedom for the benefit it offers.

I also thought why to pay annual fee but those are best based on benefits and need. For example venture x gives priority pass and its very useful, many other benefits

I have used this card in India during 2017-18 and perfect for shopping. No issues. mostly use for their rental car insurance coverage without fee.
