My simple suggestion is just go back to india

if you are going by attorney minimum $10k

Same i94 expired for ife 

 

so I did lot of research and went with private attorney immigration only

my employer also ready to put everything on me like expenses and providing company attorney 

by gods grace I was able to get out of that
