That is just base.. with options, lot premium and other costs easy ga 500k avvuddi. 

500k is a bit affordable.

my friend bought for 900k last year.. not able to manage monthly mortgage payments..

Thanks Anna, there is no way of verifying the actual sale price. In Florida we can get the actual sale price in the property appraiser website. 1750 sq ft home by lennar is recently sold for 366k, I am monitoring the prices and plan to buy in the next 2 years.

your realtor who is a member of TAR should have access to all sales data.

Every week there is price reduction for pre-owned homes.. 

Home sellers are 500K beyond the home buyers as per the most recent redfin report. 

expect more price reductions from July through December.

Two weeks ago.. there were 3 House warmings in a Tampa community, with houses just north of 1.4M.. . 2 Telugu , 1 Mumbai. They are not Bakras, they are successful people who wants to get the things when they want it...
