he bought a town home at a bloated price and he had wait longer than what you mentioned to breakeven. so taking his example I assume it would be tough.

@DallasKarreBaluu - Atlanta suburbs no sales anna.. last month inventory of old and new homes lo just 7% sales jarigayi.. August with tariffs.. pandabedutharu anni markets ni most likely.
