There is a cycle for everything. Housing is going through that correction now. Those trying to sell home in the next 3 years will have a tough time. Buyers ki good time. Last 2 years lo piss aapukoleka konnollaki kanneellu thappav (only if they are trying to sell). In general, 5 years hold cheskogaligithe breakeven aitharu....may be 6-7 years post covid market. Pray that there is no recession in the next few years...anthe.

If someone bought in last 2 years, and try to relocate and cant sell.. job lekunda antha heavy on payments how they do anna ?

They was hoping to refinance after rates come down but they not expect such kind of price reductions..

next year when interest rates drop.. they still cannot refinance because home valuations will be lower based on the comparable sales in the neighborhood.

This is pure greed. It was bought for 680 in 2024 considered Peak. They listed it for 1M within 3 months. They should accept the fact and sell it for 650ish. Otherwise it will forever stay in the market. 
in Woodstock there are many brand new homes for 500ish. So better accept the offers whatever it is. @~`

Those breakeven calculations are based on median home price and rent for comparable median home. mana desis kone Milf homes ki breakeven could be 7-10 yrs.
