But rent estimate is around $3000. Prices should drop more in q4 and q1 2026. Cash flows start making sense when interest rates drop (if you wait till then, housing market might flip and go up). With price drop this qtr and rate drops next year your cash flows will improve a lot. Rents should also go up starting 2027 with inflation. 2 Quote
