This is true. One of my friend ni fire chesaru very very critical resource in that team. You know they selected like whoever joined recently and age group above 45+. I am not his supporter or hater but he did nothing there except random firing and many ni back pilicharu ani andulo maa friend unnadu management pressure valla.
