Only valid concern I see is Telangana's fear that AP may claim additional 200 TMC water in addition to the 518 TMC it already has. This question should not arise unless for langa harish....968+512 is normal allocation...The estimates for the project are based on another 1600 TMC flood waters in addition to the 1486 already allocated.
