Aziz nagar is in Go111 area. Exact demarcation choosukovali. APPA daggara kooda konni g+5 allowed antunnaru, rest are in GO111.

Ok bro. Can we buy an already existing 10 years old house. I dont want to add floors to that house. Its ground floor only house.

ey yr lo? last yr aithe chaala plots try chesam and good ones were costing 70K - 75K....sudden ga 2024 lo ee areas lo prices went up. 

50K ki vasthe manchi deal but I dont think u will get any.

50-60k range lo still you might get in kismatpur but not good ones

Keep waiting, don't rush. Just test waters. Global economic slow down plus India lo kooda people daggara WHITE CASH dried up.  You will get deals.

Wait for few more months. Ipudipude land developers and investors degara flexibility kanipistundi. Like the developers have been paying hefty interests and another year, their interests will over burden and this is the time where they will be ready to negotiate. Like they quote 75k/yard but they will be even ready to sell it away at 50k. Signs kanipistunayi…lenders kuda cautious ga vunnaru and land docs mortgage ga pedudam ante kuda evadu istaleru…very good sign for potential investors.

111 GO lo unna land closer to ORO Sports enta pettochu per sq yard? Around 740 sq yards undi. Really liked the location but it's under 111 GO. Emana scope untada appreciation ki future lo?

Bro you can only build in 20% of the land. Keep that in mind before purchasing.My two cents advice.

It’s a matter of time. This GO will be scrapped. It’s multibillion dollar RE business. All they have to do is prove that river water is no longer needed for city supply. Or they can claim that water is already contaminated and keeping this GO intact has no added value. 
 

correct me I’m wrong. I think BRS was successful in scrapping that GO applicability for 64 villages in 2023? Give me 10 years, I bet this scope will expand further.

Not successful. GO repeal is ON HOLD. It's in high court, and government is waiting for expert committee report and that will go high Court's review eventually. 

Even then, the battle doesn't end here. If HC gives Telangana govt. favourable decision, the case will end in Supreme Court of India in an appeal again.
