banking/insurance are very stable businesses anna...always need IT staff but the primary goal is to keep things moving and not to reinvent the wheel...their core business is not related to cutting edge new softwares...so mostly stable ERP jobs untaay....specifically midwest enduku ante top tech talent always prefer the coasts, so you'll always be in demand and thereby have job security

yes but they do have FTEs who oversee the IT implementation part where you can have long career. 
orelse may be utility companies, transport companies and retail, bottom line product based companies kakunda who have little IT team yet crucial alanti companies target cheste better emo. it holds good for ppl in latter part of their careers who are okay with status quo in their careers focusing on the personal life more.
