Mari RSUs oorike evvaru ga. But I get your point — that’s the fundamental difference between product-based companies and traditional banking /insurance firms. These tech companies often follow a burn-and-churn model: hire the decently capable resource, push employee to their limits, and eventually replace them once they’ve extracted maximum output. Hope atleast you get a decent sized equity until your term there.

Equity lekuda, no reason to work for tech companies going through that torcher. Only for cash/base pay aythe, any random non-tech company will pay about the same amount with WLB.
