I would do same thing. I will give newer car to wife/kids for their activities [swim classes, groceries ani chala untayi] and will buy an old camry, accord, CRV, Rav4 which are cheap to maintain and use till it dies for daily office commute.

It’s for rear wheel drive with no extra configuration . If you add AWD or color/interior/wheels any one of them  it will cross 50k including the rebate of 7.5k

This is my concern too. Koni yearly 1 or twice tappa pedda use undadhu anipistondi. Everytime aa 7seater gas guzzler tho drive cheyali malli. expensive to maintain. So thinking of buying SUV 5 seater again.

but if you get a new car for $200-$300 per month, that is way less than the depreciation you see on any new car.. even auto loans on a normal car are costing a min of $500-$1000 every month..

lease a car or go pre owned...max 500 usd a month. All these new cars with >6 APR is just bull

NEVER*100 buy a home with >5/6 APR.It will just eat away all your savings and life. Always rent and keep investing the rest.
