50 feet dig chesi buildings kattali ,i don't think it will be a mega city in near future ,incentives valla konni projects and companies ravochuu...the soil is suited there for agriculture not construction

some facts to consider:

1. vizag can only develop in 180 degrees, not 360 degrees like other cities. (thats one of the reason you see high rise apartments in vizag, high land prices, there's definitely land scarcity)
2. Vizag lo navy valla you need lot of permissions and approvals, so its time taking in a way. 
3. 2nd phase land pooling is getting mixed feedback but, the fact is it's impossible to do land pooling or acquisition after 5-10 years 
4. Yes compared to other cities construction cost is 10%-15% high in amaravathi but its having the advantage of krishna river and 4.5 hr drive to Hyd and equi distance to other parts of AP. 
5.  now people will ask why only amaravathi, why can't you pick a different spot... there's already answer in current news no one will give 30k acres in 2 months that too prices ranging from 25lks to 1.5cr per acre (in 2014), jagan gadu adigithe 100 acres kuda ivvaru adi adi credibility.
6. Who ever is talking on Amaravati, if you observe not even a single negative statement on design of master plan.. only thing they will say is caste or why do you need these many acres, master plan lo clear ga undi what all these 60k acres are used for phase 1, and they are actually running out of spaces. 
7. Now people will say why land to pullela gopi, MSK Prasad, fortunately or unfortunately vaalake sports academies unnai currently ...Nitish reddy kuda istaru if he's willing to setup a academy. Are there any other player who want to setup academy but got rejected due to caste? no answer.
8. next contractors peru tho scam antaru... eating money antaru prove cheyandi every tender is open to public, prices are open, if YCP can lay the road for 1cr/KM let them come and do it. why blaming on others, we have Megha krishna REDDY doing projects, and several other YCP leaders i know are looking for sub-contracts in Amaravathi. 
9. Fact is no matter what people are fine even if CBN makes scam in building amravathi, people need a capital ASAP, YCP can never understand that sentiment, AP people got offended with bifurcation is just because of losing HYD
