1) chain smoker nenu complete ga stop chese 2 months ayendee
2) daily Breakfast Eggs whites(5 no) or Conrflakes with Milk or Tortilla made with 7 mixed rains gt i frm costco or 1 big glass of mlik any one from these .
3)Lunch: 1 or 2 apples and 1 cup yougurt flavoured one 0% FAT gt it fr costco
4) dinner :Tortilla roti in roti pickkle leda little egg burji or  UPMA

protein powder+water(one glass)+2strawberries or 3-4 redberries/balck berries blend it shake is ready...
no milk

I mean to say i have done mine in july-aug '10...nenu 6-8 small diets tesukunta


like morning 7am- 3 white eggs/ grilled haddock fish in a whole meal bread(sandwich), green lemon tea no sugar, no milk and corn flakes by kellogs special K with semi skimmed milk


9 am before leaving to gym one protein bar


12 ki malli oka protein bar..


2 pm ki oka small piece of fish with white rice sometimes brown rice..100gms wit any curry made out of low carb and low oil...


6 ki ala fruit juice no sugar content


8-9 special k with milk
