Week 2 diet:- I am allowed to eat some salad/vegetables with the protein..

salad 2-3 cups tina vachu....
like carrots, cabbage, bracoli, califlower..etc...

excersice:- 500calories burn chepistunadu.. hear rate monitor 30min... and cycling 15min,.. weights lifting(not too hard count 15-20 ante) etc..

Breakfast :-- 1 protien shake

Lunch :-- 6 Oz meat ( chicken or shrimp )  vegetarians can go with Egg whites or TOFU for people who dont eat egg.

evening snack :- 1 protien shake

GYM:- burn 300 calories minimum ( running, jogging, treadmill, elliptical ,no matter what type of cardio but 300 is must)

dinner :-- 6 Oz meat ( chicken or shrimp )  vegetarians can go with Egg whites or TOFU for people who dont eat egg.
and 1 more protien shake if feeling hungry after a 30 min break [/color][/font][/size]

Week 2:-

breakfast :-- 1 Protien shake

Lunch :-- 6 0z meat + 1-2 cups of salad ( carrots, broccoli, cauliflower etc)

evening snack :- 1 Protien shake

Gym :-- burn 500 calories ( running , jogging , tread mil elliptical no matter what but 500 calories is a must ) +

weight training nothing too heavy nothing too hard normal weights 10 -12 upto 3 -4 reps

Dinner :-- 6 oz meat + 1-2 cups salads[/font]

You can have some bbq sauce  and little amount of ketchup's with the protein... thats it...
continue your exercise...

can someone suggest me good protein shake for Weight loss.
if possible give online link to buy it.
