4th and 5th week....

so far we are sticking with the same plan...

Dietecian wanted me to have egg salad(Trader joes egg white salad) around 4-5pm to reduce the time gap between luch and dinner
as a snack she recommended an apple with a cheese stick...
some of the cheese items that she recommended are...
{String cheese:- Frigo light cheese sticks (1stick)
                          Kraf,Light string-Us (1stick)
                          Sargento Light (1 stick)

Swiss:- Laughing cow Light-Creamy swiss original(3wedges)
            Laughing cow Mini BabyLabel Light(1 piece)
Cheddar:-
Trader joe's Reduced fat cheddar
Trader joes sliced Lie cheddar

Gouda:-
Trader joes reduced fat gouda

and she also wanted me to eat vegitables.(Indian curry oka half cup) in that we get all types of food into our body.

High protein yogurt recommended:-

Voskos 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup)
Trader joes Greek Style 0% Palin yogurt (1/2 cup)

if you are eating the above protein yougurt make sure you reduce your protein serving (Chicken, shrip,etc..)

hello ba...nenu ee thread ivvale chusa ba...nenu UK lo lenu india ki vocha andukunee.....coming to point mama..


nenu treadmill -25-30min mama inclined lo at speed of 6m/hr approx ga...
cycling 10-15min speed of 19-20m/hr
stepper 15min this is kind of 60steps per min anukunta...
cross trainer - 25min mama oka 2500-3000 rotations
crunches - 4 x 15 reps
rowing- 15min




eevi ani roju rotuine cardio mama...ivvi ani chesi vadini...but keep in mind mama U SHOULD NOT BURN MORE THAN 1000 CAL FOR A DAY SAID BY DOCTORS...

6th and 7th week:- koncham gap vachindi sorry....

                            ippudu koncham fruits add cheyamandi... snack kinda.. like 1 orange or an apple
                            indian curries 1/2-1 cup at lunch or dinner we need to get all the vitamins and proteins kada..
                            exercise continues for about 400-500 calories/session each day
                   
by know you will defnetly notice a lot of change in your weight and diet habbits...
i have another meeting tomorrow.. will update on that...
