Hmm concern is when lca is filed , it will only have the base as bonus is discretionary..have to target jobs with around 150k base

Consultancy aythe, biscuit kada for what they (H1b guys) need to pay higher taxes including payroll (employer tax obligation).

Ma company lo it’s kinda sorta already being done. Especially if it is within 5k range. They keep the TC same, but fiddle with base vs rsu distribution. Obviously there is a range they have to be within.

Level 4 wages kooda region specific. In both coats $200k doesn't mean much, must somewhere in middle America it's too wage. I don't think $5k is going to do much. $5k bonus ante company lo you should switch asap. Whether this goes through or not is a different story.
