Not aware this story anna, I remember reading here some year ago but none of my close circles brought this up. Can throw some light. I know TDP appoints good looking cinemastars for campaigning/media campaigns etc.  Not sure what really happened with jayaparadha . Throw some light with details😁

Appudu load etthina ex CJI NV Ramana was practicing law and (very close to Baboru) did the liaison work with the high court judges and lobbied for Baboru. Jayaparadha was a stunner in her prime years, and very few men were able to resist her. Baboru used her "services" to impress the "Milords" to get favourable judgement and take back the cheque power from peddayana, thus consolidating power. Later Baboru made her Telugu mahila and gave her Rajya Sabha MP. Load etthina  NV Ramana ni HC judge ga recommend chesadu and collegium approved it, so he bacame a HC judge in 1998. 

Rajya Sabha MP and Telugu Mahila were dummy posts with no "real" power. It's Baboru's favourite way of placating sulking one (Harikrishna was also given one, Baboru duvvadam lo specialist). Talk was that Jayapradha soon realized and demanded that she be given important position, then Baboru started side lining her and she was finally booted out (Baboru's typical use & throw policy). She kept quiet for a while and then became a keep of Amar Singh and ended up in UP politics. 

 

In politics good looking women are always used for "services" and be given some post in return. It's no specific to Baboru or TDP, every party does the same. Baboru stands out for not being into women or maybe was very discrete about it (which is almost impossible).
