 I recently filed EB5 waiting for EAD/AP. Dates are current as of now for Rural/HUA. Hoping to get CGC in 1-2 years

Prob is no one knows for sure. My problem is if HUA takes around 6-7 years for conditional green card, asalu worth ee na investing such huge amount ani. 1-2 years lo cgc vasthey ready anipistondhi. BTW aa 800-1M money ki manaki no growth for about 5 years or so. So potentially losing big already

I invested 400k and took 400k as loan based on project. Fees and immigration costs will be close to 30-35k.
