Only citizenship. You will lose your GC if you move to India

If you plan to withdraw, do it the next year after you move to India.. as you will not have any income here, you will be in the lower tax bracket..

Talk to a CPA that understands this.  If you withdraw before 59.5y of age - you will pay 10% penalty AND the withdrawn amount gets added to your income in the year of withdrawal.  India vell
