The first criteria for L1 is that it has to be intra-company transfer. How many companies have campuses both here and in India. May be 30% of them? B1 is a different story altogether. That can be abused. But the limit is only for 6 months. I don’t think they can get paid here for that short visit. Call me a cynic, but the doors are shutting surely. Their whole business model is based on exploitation of junior resources. Lack of that supply will defeat the whole objective of witch. As you mentioned big fishes get paid heavily. They are not money savers for the company.

not sure how they will implement in extensions or transfers. ppl can transfer after few months and work for lower wages.  different company can offer lower wages for the role kada.

second generation kids many are in college now. maybe the future trend of witch is to hire them.

Exploitation emundi… for a company, they look for cheaper services and witch companies provide it.. if jr devs can do the same job as senior devs, good for them and it is cheaper too.. it is an opportunity for jr desis to earn more money and go up the ladder

Senate endhuku? It doesn't need Congress approval. It's more of procedural issue. USCIS can do it through policy revision.
