can be done.....employer dependent vundadu kabatti, better for job flexibility. But with 2017 PD, it doesn't really matter. NIW also fall under EB2. If laws dont change, PD never becomes current in his lifetime anyway!

There is no such thing as a NIW visa. If you change a job, new company dont have to file...labor, 140 etc. That eliminates burden for that employer. All this time, status should be maintained with a H1-B or O-1 visa. Just like you have Eb2, eb3 pd, they have it tooo...but no labor certification needed and it can be filed without depending on employer.

 

P.S.: All these should not matter for a PD that is never expected to be current, unfortunately.
