Many people tried this too. But courts will make decisions based on client -HOA agreement docs.
 

Most HOAs have their agreements very well written in their favour. Since we consent to it in the beginning. We are screwed. It’s a waste of time and money.

You pay your legal fee from your pocket and HOA also pays legal fees from your HOA dues. Most probably they will win with your money.
