In 2024 my old mega project of 4 years ended.

I left that project in 2023 for new role. 

My old sub vendor team leads, engineer (తెల్ల వాళ్లు, భారతీయులు leru) who are working for 15-25 years are on bench for over a year. 

Lot of తెల్ల వాళ్లు, అమెరికాన్స్ కి jobs levu. 

వీలు ఇంకొన్ని రోజులు అయితే h1b వాళ్ల పైన దండ యాత్ర చేస్తారు.. చాలా దారుణం గా వుంది IT job market.

Maa manager Thellodu. got fired/laid off. We have less than 5% Indians in the whole company. The lay off is more economical and logical than race. 

Everyone felt the role was of no use. I feel if you're not technically at SDE III level, you shouldn't take Engineering Manager jobs. 

People management days are over(Even if there's one, it would be 2-3 teams clubbed and put under one person managing).

Emi chesevadu manager, can he code, build architect  - what tech, is it relevant or hot currently? Was he a line manager or director or higher ? How many directs and what sort of projects did he manage? 

Naa paata manager sr. Director was taken out in nov last year.  Ayanaki vere state lo vp level job vachindi. He is in 50s indian. He is very good.

I don't know anyone with GC or citizenship without a job. Job market is good for them. May be they need to improve their technical skills
