My old sub vendor team leads, engineer (తెల్ల వాళ్లు, భారతీయులు leru) who are working for 15-25 years are on bench for over a year. 

Lot of తెల్ల వాళ్లు, అమెరికాన్స్ కి jobs levu. 

వీలు ఇంకొన్ని రోజులు అయితే h1b వాళ్ల పైన దండ యాత్ర చేస్తారు.. చాలా దారుణం గా వుంది IT job market. 

Some of them might have already made big bucks and are just chilling. Not applying for jobs seriously.
