Since Gadkari is there, CBN is talking about  helping develop AP as logistics hub and the need to develop infrastructure for it via roads, ports and airports. 
He said we have 7 airports already, 1 more coming in Bhogapuram and I am wishing we get 9 more airports in the future.

Since I watched full video, I summarized what he said. 

I don’t think these are coming. Most of the speeech was about making AP a logistics hub via developing existing infrastructure and bringing down transport costs. 
Cargo flights ki emanna plan/proposal undemo. I don’t know how realistic or economically viable it is. 
It makes sense if AP is a logistics hub already. 
He also talked about vast sea shore in east and develop more ports.
