Agreed. All bark no bite type. But our politicians needed this insults. Now they will learn to stand up when situation demands. Look at South African President and Ukraine President. They stood firm.

It can be offloaded at will to different players including Chinese. US holds and will continue to hold the power to enforce the debt backed money on the world through Military might.
