After 2 months of marriage inlaws came to friends house and drama created in public and took the wife. After few days elders involved asking for money for seperation big amount of 1 crore. He said I don't have money and wife went to police station filed for 498a and DV cases on all family members. Friend travelled to USA and filed for divorce in the court. wife filed for counter case and demanding 1 lakh every month in alimony for maintenance. She told judge husband works for a US company and earns 15 lakhs for one month. What does judge do in this case. Wife is still working in india and don't have US Visa. Quote

Its a civil case. Judge may not side for alimony if kids are not involved and wife earning. 2 Quote
