I think Ukraine is willing to give away the territory if everyone agrees for Ukraine to join Nato… but Putin is against Ukraine joining Nato.. Ukraine don’t want to give away territory and not allowed to join Nato as they will lose on all sides.. 

it will be a stalemate.. 

this war will go on forever (in a small scale) even after a ceasefire or any agreement.. They will continue to attack each other deep inside each others territory using drones

The only leverage Ukraine has is that Europe will be terrified to see Russia in it's doorstep

West’s military weapons are not a major factor here.. they rely more on West’s intelligence and defense shields that give them control over their skies… 

most of the successes they had inside Russia are because of drones… Ukraines drone capabilities are superior..

but drones have limitations wrt travel time, that recent internal attacks were outlier. and Rus will catchup anyways
