డ్రగ్స్ కేసులో నటి సంజనా గల్రానీకి కర్ణాటక హైకోర్టు క్లీన్ చిట్ ఇవ్వడాన్ని సవాల్ చేస్తూ సిద్ధరామయ్య ప్రభుత్వం సుప్రీంకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించిన విషయం విదితమే. ఈ కేసులో సుప్రీంకోర్టు తాజాగా నటి సంజనా గల్రానీతో పాటు మిగతా వారికి నోటీసులు జారీ చేసింది. డ్రగ్స్ పంపిణీ, విక్రయం ఆరోపణలతో సంజనా గల్రానీ గతంలో అరెస్టయ్యారు. ఈ కేసును విచారించిన కర్ణాటక హైకోర్టు.. ఆమెకు క్లీన్ చిట్ ఇచ్చింది.

అయితే, విచారణలో సంజనా ఫోన్ కాల్స్ డాటా, ఇతర వివరాలు, నగదు లావాదేవీలతో పాటు నైజీరియన్ డ్రగ్ పెడ్లర్ తో ఆమెకున్న సంబంధాలను కర్ణాటక హైకోర్టు పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోలేదని ప్రభుత్వం ఆరోపించింది. ఈ మేరకు కర్ణాటక ప్రభుత్వం తరఫున అదనపు అడ్వకేట్ జనరల్‌ అమన్‌ పన్వర్‌ సుప్రీంకోర్టులో వాదనలు వినిపించారు. దీంతో నటి సంజనా సహా డ్రగ్స్ కేసులో గతంలో హైకోర్టు క్లీన్ చిట్ ఇచ్చిన వారికి సుప్రీంకోర్టు తాజాగా నోటీసులు జారీ చేసింది. ఈ కేసు విచారణను వాయిదా వేసింది.

అయితే, నటి సంజన ప్రస్తుతం తెలుగు బిగ్ బాస్ షోలో పార్టిసిపెంట్ గా హౌస్ లో కొనసాగుతోంది. సుప్రీం నోటీసుల నేపథ్యంలో ఆమెను హౌస్ నుంచి బయటికి పంపించే అవకాశాలున్నాయి.
