In defense sector, it used to be 30 billion dollars of exports per year few decades ago.
 

Now it’s less than $8 billion. It’s expected to get worse in the next 5 years. 
 

Also they are 3rd greatest exporters. France climbed to the 2nd spot

New Russia and China ties, can be game changer. Chinese industrial might needs raw materials and Russia has a lot to offer. They can just dig up the earth and supply to Chinese factories for unlimited supply of raw material.

First big hit will be american produced corn and soy bean. China is biggest importer for american soy bean and corn and in 3-4 years, Russia may even replace a top corn, soy bean and wheat supplier to China.
