The Govt hired car was used to pick and drop an actress here. The car which has ‘On Govt Duty’ is the one in question here. Is the car still under contract ? If not, why it is still sporting the number plate ? 

Owner clarified that it is a rental vehicle, not on govt work. No one knows why he has not removed sticker.
