Unlike H1s and H4-EADs F1 students bring some money into the country and they end up paying the highest amount of fees. So F1s ni mostly touch cheyyaru. If I am not wrong next in line will be H4-EAD either through EO or rule making or worst case scenario diluting the approval times by taking 1+ year for the approval so you will lose the job anyways.. When you compare the quality on on shore vs off shore it’s vastly different. Add the time difference too. No Americans want to work on onshore offshore model. Quote
