Insane prices, NRIs are not buying at these prices, even 2 NRI job families will find it difficult to spend these amounts

most of it is black money, real value undadu, its like a pyramid scheme

basic infra undadu most locations lo except for a narrow road, community outside pothe mud roads, no shops, groceries etc in lot of locations and constant construction dust is free

Instead of venting you should realize that now a days India also has wealthy pockets.. once you travel to these areas you realize that a lot of the residents of these villas are not NRIs.. There are a lot of people making good money in India now a days Businessmen/Industrialists, Doctors, Actors etc..

I really doubt. There is no way you pay 30 to 40%  tax and afford this. The so called people you mentioned are well known people in earning black.  

India has zero innovation anna that’s what Samir bhatia said. Many people are leaving India because of bureaucracy.

not really. South fertility rate is less than 2. There are not enough people to do regular maintenance work. Just look in next 20 -30 years.

stupidity is that we think only nri buy these houses but there are ton of people who can afford these houses in  india,i know few family members who own these villas, in kokapet etc, valla showoff ki takkuva em undadu monthly emi paying tapa.. mostly showoff batch the real value lies in the land not the balances in bank

I know a doctor who makes close to 1 crore a month on his hospital he owns in Kukatpally.. even after removing 30% for taxes he still makes 70 lakhs a month. Niloufer cafe owner in some interview told that his restaurant chain makes 200 crores in revenue per year combining all his locations. US lo koorchuni akkada media lo anti India propoganda chuskuntoo nammatam kante realize that India is the fastest growing economy in the world with 4+ trillion in GDP. Diamond and gold shop owners are minting money like crazy. Not everything is perfect or rosy but there are a lot of wealthy successful people in India.

That is why there is a lot of migration of labor from Bihar, UP, MP, West Bengal to Southern states. Most of the agricultural labor in Kerala are. now Biharis. All the construction workers in Telangana are from UP/Bihar and Rajasthan. Amaravathi lo there are around 50,000 construction workers now mostly from the north.. India is still growing till 2050 at least..May not be in the south but somewhere else and people will migrate within the country based on the opportunities available
