Dimaak leni arguments. I do not see anyone supporting dogs for killing babies. When a few dogs are doing this, you want to punish the entire population that is way more faithful. You have no balls to talk about corruption that was supposed to address such dogs and control their population through sterilization. You want to show your power against those who are powerless. Just stick to dogs concept don’t bring comparison fallacies.  You are loosing context.  I mean not you in general dog lovers.  There are many cases, even 2 decades back when I use to walk in early morning dog herds use to follow me.  I was so scared that I asked my dad to drop me to cross that point. dogs don’t attack just babies it could be any person.

You come with prejudice. Even I have same experience with some dogs. But I have good experiences with many more dogs that protected me. Some dogs are ferocious because they were abused as puppies. Your nanna munna sweet ladla grabs the tail of the dogs and throws them away. You also find it cute when they throw stones at the puppies and the most you do is give a protective hug to your kid when they do such an act because you are worried that the dog may attack the kid back. Who is the victim here - your kid or the pup? Animal cruelty ni address cheyaru. Sterilization and vaccination corruption ni address cheyaru. Avi chesevi matram tappulu. Meerandaru pathithu gaallu.

DUI and Rape have laws in our country. Nobody in their right mind is supporting DUI or Rapes, same way there should be laws to control these street dogs and someone must be held accountable if something happens. At this very right moment, over population of street dogs in under developed places of country is astronomical. It is estimated just in Delhi area they are estimating more than 10 lakh+ street dogs. And all these dogs are only found in under developed areas where people cant even afford medications, more than 30 lakh+ rabbies cases are registered in India which is a shame. Supreme court of India need to step in before things go out of hand and regardless of how you feel about this situation kids are the most impacted by this which makes this matter even critical. Whatever is happening now is the start of it, hopefully there will be better laws and accountability in future.

Laws are present for stray dogs as well. What part of the recent actions addressed the corruption and the dereliction of duties by municipal bodies? Supreme Court should step in? First learn about democracy and division of powers. Legislature should frame the laws and Supreme Court has to interpret them. They are no one to step in and frame a law or actions contrary to the legislation. And what did they say? There is a silent majority who is struggling? On what basis did they make that comment? Personal bias? If so, why don't they bat for silent majority in criminal cases of public interest? 

Kids kids. Drama shuru. If you cannot take responsibility of your kids, don't fornicate.
