Hosting from India to USA and vice versa?  

Nenu oka Chromebook set chesa Ind lo using my parents Indian VPN when needed. Of course they can't turn it off always on lo undali same set up chesa USA lo with another Chromebook. 

Working great Indian websites here in USA and likewise

You can use your home ip traffic ki eppudanna public wifi use cheyalsi vachina.

You can also do India VPS for a very nominal fee/month if you want to avoid having a physical system at home which someone has to turn on and off.
