Welfare is done by all nations , research by private players in india is zero ,what new technology have tcs or infosys worked on ? They only care about making investors happy short term by doing slavery to foreign companies ,it's the mindset difference.

Because this is the plan designed by Z10n1st deep state and their lackeys in Indian govt. and Corps are merely facilitating it. 

Indian govt. devalues INR at will because it pegged INR to basket currencies primarily USD, and keeps printing it at will. 

A devalued rupee will make research even more expensive and outsourced work cheaper, so much so that people prefer working in body shops. Indian govt. spending in R&D is very limited, and it's the same for Private players.

Even if something indigenous is being made in pvt. sector you will need to sell it out to US Corps eventually (buyout or stakes through seed funding), or you will be taken over through hostile acquisition when you go public  worse case being deleted physically ( this is more so common in govt. Spaces).
