Its everywhere....an untold corporate secret. Being a ppl manager at the end means nothing. Always keep some technical skills that makes you valuable to the company. An SME is more important to the company than a director....when things go south, these things show up almost immediately.

They are replacing architects with their juniors and juniors with new staff to avoid paying them high salary. They are not getting rid of managers..they are getting rid of tech architects who are due for promotion and retirement benefits

Cost cutting strategy ante ade vuncle. This is not something new. AI vundani entry level jobs thagginchatla...idi bhi anthe. companies take the shortest path to maximize their profits. 30,000 employees nicest replace cheated enti man..already 12,000 out layoff. They are entirely replacing high paid employees. This means if you spend 15 years in this company you will get pink slip instead of 15 year bonus.
