Believe me survive in IT is very easy if you know how to manipulate the system. No comments enka. Genuine candidates many ni reject chesthunnaru nenu refer chesina US citizens in my company from this DB 2 unnaru but can you guess who replaced them? Yes all are OPT newbies with same template resume and deep ga chusthe manager connection with a consultancy. Yes back in days it was like that, even i used to refer some of my F1's to the mestri there... Idi IT companies la kuda pakindi especially on Client side. Witch companies la alert ga unnaru. The solid reason these people are giving is we do not know whether the guy is fake or not. Referral would be 100% genuine also there is another thing going on south indians as well... Tamil guy hires Tamil guy, Telugu guy hires his own caste guy, Kannadigan hates both and hires other than these 2 fellows. North people hires people who are loyal to them ... i know these dynamics from my child hood but my surprise is i am still hearing this from my current generation as well...
