i think lca just will have min wage level and we can have any pay higher than min pay..

usually consuls will keep wage level to be bit minimum as possible so that they can manage payrolls in case if job pothe...

heard IRS has very strict privacy laws - may be applicable to only citizens emo

they are using palantir custom software. they will find based on filters they set. didn't you see 2 days ago news that Entire 55 million visa holders are being searched for any deportable offence ?

there are some things you should know.

you can't have multiple W2s 

you can't have 1099 on work visa.

your employer also can't receive 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC on your behalf services from multiple vendors. This is exact reason lot of vendors now only preferring 1099 or W2 but not C2C. 

Your indian bank also send FINCA report to IRS for all money transactions at every quarter.

just so much headache. also IRS does not share pages of documents. they submit text file with tax transcripts. so vallaki doubt vochinda ayipoyavu nuvvu.

On GC or citizenship you can do multiple jobs. No one can question that.period.
